"I am using this muzzle as a cribbing preventative and it is working great. My horse only cribs very sporadically, so I can't say for a hard cribber, but it has definitely discouraged him from trying. The only difficulty was trying to figure out the size. I bought a cob because he has a small muzzle, but probably a horse size would've been fine, since I had to release the two velcros on the side. But it still works well."

"Loved the design of this muzzle, the replaceable discs and the breakaway safety feature. The down side is its weight and the danger of getting smacked with the muzzle's metal frame. I tried this on my horse and as he raised his head, the metal just barely missed my chin. Sadly, I've sent it back. Still looking for the perfect fitting, durable muzzle for him."

"I have had this muzzle for a few weeks and it works great for my mare. She is able to comfortably graze on grass in limited quantity. She has had other grazing muzzles, but hates the fit or feel of them. This is the only one she has used where she isn't actively trying to pull it off. My mare has cushings and this muzzle allows her to enjoy her grass pasture time without over doing it. I highly recommend this grazing muzzle if you have a horse who needs it."
